If you would like to pass out Parent Portal letters to your students, you can have Aeries create them for you. The first step is to log into Aeries and click on “Query” (1) from the left menu. Once, your query loads, type LIST STU NM ID TL VPC into the box (2). If you are looking to create just one letter, you can add the student number to the end: LIST STU NM ID TL VPC IF ID = 123456789 or
LIST STU NM ID TL VPC IF LN : “Jones”. Once the query has been entered, press RUN (3).
The query will open in a new window. Make sure you do not have POP-UPS blocked. Once it opens, check to make sure you have the data you want, and then close the window (4).
Once the window is closed, click on the Letter (5) button. A dialogue will pop up. Choose the Parent Portal Letter (6), and click on Run Report.
