If you would like to receive an email when one of our services (Aeries, Illuminate, Lexia, etc.) are down or when we release a new feature, please feel free to join our user-notification distribution list. You can sign up for the group by following the instructions below. Anyone who has a Redlands USD Office 365 account can join.
Once logged in, in the upper right-hand corner of the page, click on the setting cog (1). You then will click on the People settings (2) at the bottom of the list.
After you click on the settings above, on the left side of the screen, a new menu will appear with the People settings. On that menu, click on “General” and then the option for Distribution Groups (3).
Once the Distribution Groups has been clicked on, type “user-notification” (4) in the search box and click on the search icon to search for the group. Choose the user-notification group (5) in the list below, and then click on the icon (6) to join yourself to the group. You would complete the same steps to remove yourself, with the exception of choosing the icon to leave the group.
