Each year, between March and August, we begin preparing your databases for the new school year.  We add pre-enrolled student data and sometimes, as students move around the district, we remove student data.

When student data is set to delete, any class schedules that may have been created are no longer accessible. In the past, you’ve had to rely on the Data Center to capture these schedules and forward them to you by email.


The good news is . . . .


You can now retrieve deleted student schedules . . . for up to 30 days from date of deletion!


Simply add the perm ID of the deleted student to this URL:


            http://assessment.rusd.us/business/schedule.asp?id=(add perm id here)


and if there is a schedule to retrieve you will get it in your browser.
