At the end of each Trimester and before the report card window opens for teachers, you must initialize the report cards.

At this point, it’s always good practice to make a copy of your previous grade marks.

1. Log into Aeries .Net
2. Under Standards Based Grades, choose 'functions' and then ‘Copy SBG to Standards Based History’
   1. https://aeries.redlandsusd.net/aeries.net/StandardsBasedCopyToHistory.aspx
3. Make sure you choose (M1 for Trimester 1, M2 for Trimester 2, and M3 for Trimester 3) and then click on the ‘Copy SBG to SBH’

At some point before the window opens, please...

1. Log into Aeries .Net
2. Under Standards Based Grades, choose 'functions' and then 'initialize new grading cycle'
3. https://aeries.redlandsusd.net/aeries.net/StandardsBasedGradeReportingTableSetup.aspx
4. Make sure you choose (M1 for Trimester 1, M2 for Trimester 2, and M3 for Trimester 3) and then click on the 'Initialize New Standards-Based Grading Cycle'
5. Wait for the email, and you are done!!!!!

Notes:

• Attendance should not be run until the last day of the Trimester
• Grading Windows
• You can initialize it early if you wish. The window for teachers still will not open until the correct posted date..
