3. Update for Red Flags
   1. Information about who Created or Last Updated a Red Flag is now stored and displayed in the FLG table.

4. New Address Verifications
   1. When proof of a change of address (utility bill, rental agreement, etc.) is turned in, check for siblings. If you find siblings at other sites, update your student’s address and scan a copy of the proof of address to the Data Center. The Data Center will update and pass the new information on to the other sites.
