Just a reminder-

 

·         You’ll get an email about every incoming student and they are added to your database with a status tag “I”

·         A status tag identifies a student as inactive and inactive students will not show up on class lists or enrollment counts

·         You can remove the “I” without assigning a teacher, but once you’ve assigned a teacher you must remove the “I” so that the student shows up on counts and class lists.

·         When looking for unassigned students, remember to include the I’s in your query, like this:  LIST STU NM GR CU TG  BY GR IF  ( TG = " " OR TG = I ) AND CU = 0
